Monarch Travel Adventures (“Monarch,” “we,” “us”) is an independent travel agency in the Avoya Travel network. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit monarchtraveladventures.com, submit a quote request, or contact us through Facebook, Instagram, phone, text or email, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you ask us for a quote or contact us, we may collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Trip details you share, such as group size, travel dates and destination ideas
- Messages and other information you choose to send us
If you book a trip, we will also need additional details required by the cruise line, tour operator, resort or other supplier, such as traveler names as shown on passports, dates of birth and passport information. We collect those details directly from you when they are needed.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
If you submit a quote request through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, the information you enter is shared with Monarch Travel Adventures through Meta’s platform. Meta also handles that information under its own data policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and prepare travel quotes
- To plan and book your trip and manage your reservation
- To send you travel offers, planning tips and updates by email, phone or text, where you have agreed to be contacted
- To improve our website and our services
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:
- Travel suppliers such as cruise lines, tour operators, resorts and airlines, when we quote or book a trip for you
- Avoya Travel, the host agency we are affiliated with, for booking, accounting and support purposes
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as our travel agency software, email and website providers
- Authorities where required by law
Suppliers and service providers have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.
Email and text messages
If you receive marketing emails from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. You can also ask us to stop calling or texting you. We may still contact you about a trip you have booked.

How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as we need it to serve you, to meet legal, tax and supplier requirements, and to resolve disputes.
